I know everyone wants happy cheerful life is beautiful type pictures all the time, but sometimes our kids cry….and sometimes you get to capture their sadness. Desiree just wasn’t happy this day. We went to visit her Great Grandma, but at the end of the visit when we were trying to get a beautiful family shot of all of her 6 great grandchildren, Desiree didn’t want to take part and started to cry. Another beautiful September morning. Today I was welcomed by the Skrepnek family of Burlington. What a great family. Our walk together started off a little cold and wet, but a short walk through the beautiful Village Square in downtown Burlington brought out the warm weather and sun. You couldn’t have asked for a nicer day and a more photogenic family. One of my favourite pictures of the day was when Rob brought back Blue Steel.

A few pics of my big brother Dan from a Thanksgiving. We were outside setting up our group shot, so I snapped a few of him! I had to use my old Rebel XT for the shots as my 5D doesn’t have the IR capabilities and the only trigger I have didn’t work. So I went old school for these ones!
