This week in review – Oct 20-26, 2008
- Dexter is still the best show going around. Season 3 is well on its way. It doesn’t have the same feel as seasons 1 & 2, but if it did, we’d all be getting bored by now. I just hope he starts killing more people again.
- 2 year olds are great. Potty training them is not. We had our first “floaters” in the bathtub the other night. No other big accidents yet, but I’m sure there are more to come.
- My wife was waiting for a parking spot at Costco and there was a car in front of her waiting for a spot as well. So two cars in a row with their turn signals on and 2 cars leaving their spots….when a 3rd car comes out of nowhere. So the lady in front pulls into her spot, then the “crazy” lady pulls into the spot my wife was waiting for. My wife waits for the lady to exit her vehicle (just to hear this reasoning!!!). She says to my wife, well that person took my spot so this is only fair. Her husband bowed his head in shame and walked on without his wife. Oh yeah…my wife had the kids in the car too and ended up having to park a good distance away.
- Had dinner with my parents on Saturday. I got my gift from them, a new shed for my backyard. I’ll be ordering it this week. Hopefully the rain stops for a bit this week so we can try to build this monster. Perhaps some pics to follow.
-Finally got around to installing my rear surround speakers. That only took 3 months to do! The rear center should be another few months I’m sure.

Yeah Dexter is great. I am a little behind this season but hope to catch up this week. If you like guy who plays Dexter you should check out Six Feet Under, another awesome show but very different.
